School Site Council

The School Site Council (SSC) is a decision making group composed of 5 parents/community members and 5 school personnel. Members are elected annually.
 
The council makes decisions, revises, provides input and approves many items among them:
 
  • Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPFSA)
  • Compensatory Education Final Budgets
  • Parent Involvement Policy
  • Comprehensive Safe Schools Plan
  • Parent Workshops
  • Monitoring of SPFSA implementation
